We want your shopping experience at Xplux to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service(with a clear photo for the item.) within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed through Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, and international orders are not eligible to be returned through our Customer Service Portal

Return Eligibility Requirements

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Merchandise may be returned for an e-Gift Card Code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. You may then apply this to your next order!
  • Returns should be postmarked 30 days from the delivery date.
  • All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact.
  • Jewelry, Hats and Beanies
  • Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • An e-Gift Card Code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item.

How To Make A Return

Return for an exchange:

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s). If the right style is available in the correct size, you can use your new e-gift card to buy it!

Return for a refund:

Must be postmarked within 15 days from the order fulfillment date.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund.Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

Mailing a Return:

Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

*Note: Customer service team will offer you the address please send do not send the package back to where it came from, or it would delay your refund procedure.
