 *Note:

  • Standard shipping: once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous shipping team works hard to get your order packed so it can be on its way within 3-5 business days.
  • We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 
  • Weekends are not counted as shipping days by most carriers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package’s progress directly from the link in this email. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

If you don’t have an account, please get in touch with customer service. They would love to assist you! Just be sure to have your order number or the email used to place the order when you call! 😉

Missing Packages

Please allow 24 hours from the time that the selected carrier shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
If 24 hours has passed since the tracking shows as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to the selected carrier for further information.We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Please reach out to our customer support team via email, phone. social media messenger or chat within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with carrier information, so that we may further assist.
It is our policy to issue replacements or gift cards depending on product availability for lost orders.

If you have had an order that shows as delivered in the past and this is your second lost package we will forward you to a manager for assistance in filing a claim with your selected carrier.

If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Xplux at the time of purchase, Xplux is not liable for mis-delivery.
